This project was a historically sensitive restoration of a residence in the Sunnyside Gardens Historic District. The scope of work encompassed rebuilding the front porch and installing new, historically accurate windows and doors throughout the home. All materials, including custom historical doors, windows, copper roofing, and associated piping, were carefully selected and approved by the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission to ensure the building's original character was preserved
