This roof garden project was successfully executed, overcoming typical New York City rooftop logistical challenges to meet the detailed design specifications.

The construction centered on building a layered terrain featuring a structural, continuous wood-lined perimeter planter. This planter was custom-engineered to house the specified native, drought-resistant plant material, essential for withstanding the intense wind and sun exposure of the site.

We installed the main wood deck walking surface adjacent to a meticulously constructed moat, which was finished with carefully placed black river rock. The final result is a structurally sound, high-end outdoor space, delivered through the precise coordination of specialized trades and strict adherence to all engineering requirements.
