This project was a major undertaking, requiring our firm to manage the highly complex structural and logistical challenges of reversing decades of apartment subdivisions.

Our work began with a complete decommissioning and demolition of non-original walls and redundant utilities, followed by extensive structural reinforcement. The primary challenge was the seamless integration of modern systems (MEP, HVAC, smart home infrastructure) without compromising the historic fabric.
